Acclaimed DJ, producer and music journalist Mick Wilson continues to be a heady presence in the dance music scene. Ibiza-based Wilson is behind an arsenal of dance music hits stretching back to the early ’90. His extensive discography offers classic tracks that have helped to define dance music culture. Recent activity has seen releases on labels such as Nervous Records, RAWAX, Induction Muzic, Afro Acid, and Bosh Records with his PaperMacheTiger monika, and he continues to tour worldwide under both his own guise and as part of the DJ Mag All Stars; a DJ collective playing at the worlds’ biggest clubs, festivals and events. 2020 saw the birth of the Kisetsu Series, a collection of four EPs based around the seasons, produced in collaboration with Get Physical and Kindish recording artist and DJ August Artier. New music sees Mick under his PaperMacheTiger guise team up with Acid House legend, DJ Pierre with releases coming out on Pierre’s own Afro Acid Label, with 2021 also seeing the release of his solo output WILSØN on Pangea Records. Further Projects sees Mick team up with Scott Gray (Melon Bomb) a collaborative project between Scott who is also Digital Pop Artist – Chapter. Kuwahara an art meets music project, finds Chapter creating all artwork as limited-edition pieces for the releases.
