Manchester-born singer/songwriter, Danny Dearden, is establishing himself as a definite “one to watch” in the music world. His combined streams on Spotify alone, are now at more than 15 MILLION and his monthly listeners peaked at more than 600,000.

In 2020 he collaborated for the 2nd time, with French Producer, Michael Calfan on the anthemic “Could be You” which he co-wrote with Michael and Kelli-Leigh. The track was on numerous Spotify playlists including 14 New Music Friday’s, Friday Cratediggers, Massive Dance and was added to DJ playlists including Martin Garrix, Martin Solveig and The Magician. The track has almost 8 Million streams on Spotify alone and has been played on Radio 1, Scott Mills Party Anthems and had a 2-minute synch on ITV Love Island.

His first collaboration with Michael, “It’s wrong”, again another co-write with Michael and Kelli-Leigh was on numerous Spotify playlists and reached Top 10 in the Music Week Pop Chart and 4 on Cool Cuts. It is now on over 3 Million streams.

He co-wrote and featured on “Different Kind of Love” with Sony signed Swedish producer Erlandsson which is still growing and over 1.5 Million streams.

His self released  “Take on the World” peaked at number 6 on the iTunes Singer / Songwriter Chart. It was also featured twice on BBC Introducing, where it was described as huge and anthemic.

He top-lined and featured with Stanton Warriors for “What you got now” which was played on Radio One by Annie Nightingale. It was the lead single for the SW album “Rise” which charted @ 1 on the Beatport album chart and 7 on The Official Charts Dance Chart.

Other Collaborations have included French producer David Hopperman, Henrik and the Brownstone cover “If you love me” with legendary Dance DJ / Producer Dario G, now on more than half a million streams.

February 2021 sees the release of the epic “Weight of the World” with Russian Production duo Going Deeper followed by Danny Dearden x Ethan James “Dial my Number”

Having just signed to Sentric / Black Rock for both Publishing and Neighbouring Rights. 2021 is already looking great for Danny.
